Returns & Exchanges

At Perfumania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging inside a sturdy shipping box with the original packing slip included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
